Healthy Family Home
Every family can be a healthy family. By focusing your family's efforts to live healthier around the Y's pillars of a healthy family home and taking small steps using the information and tools we provide, your family will soon be feeling stronger and living healthier.
Parent/Child Dances/Events at the Y are the perfect way to bring families together to have fun and meet others. From water games in the pool, arts and crafts, themed parties, family fitness and more, the Y offers a safe, positive environment for families to play, learn and grow.
Parents Night Out
Need a kid-free night to enjoy a night out reconnecting with your significant other, or even just to relax on the couch with some Netflix? The Y is here to help with our Parent's Night Out! This program is held at the YMCA, where your children will be supervised by staff with the opportunity to hang out with friends and participate in a variety of fun activities. Be sure to get registered in time!
